Call for Papers: The Role of Advanced Monitoring, Remote Sensing and New Forms of Information Gathering, Analysis and Disclosure in Environmental Compliance and Enforcement
he George Washington University Law School (GW Law) will convene the first in a series of events focusing on Next Generation Compliance on March 26 and 27, 2015. The symposium will address the role of advanced monitoring, remote sensing and new forms of information gathering, analysis and disclosure in environmental compliance and enforcement. Erasmus University Rotterdam will hold the second event in April 2015 addressing the use of management systems and the role of behavioral motivations in environmental compliance and enforcement.
This Call for Papers focuses on the GW Law Symposium.
